zyko's music, often referred to as zykomazika, is an irregular and unorthodox flow of stories set to music
a multi-instrumental experience, zykomazika isn't made in a studio. it can never be called a studio, honestly; it is usually either a bedroom, a spare room, the shade under a tree, the bank of a river.
the music itself is concocted in a slowcooker as a marriage of experience and memory... then set out in the sun to dry... oxidized by the open air... reclaimed and wrapped in ribbons... stripped of its dressings after a while and returned to the room where it was first concocted, now alive and teeming with soundwaves that may or may not agree with you.
but that's just how it goes
I've always thought of my music as more of a diary than a body of work. In that sense, the only thing you'd ever need to know everything about me would be a discography. So here it is:
Bipolar Me
A Sketch of a Potentially Contrived Memory
A New Set of Eyes
zombo II
Circumstantial Zen
A Mild Suggestive Moment
Sad Man on a Rock
